AI Transparency
RadDx uses AI to help translate radiology report language into plain English. The tool is meant to support understanding, not replace clinical judgment.
What the AI does
Report text is read and turned into simpler explanations of the wording it contains. The goal is to help users understand terminology and common imaging phrases, not to act as a radiologist or official results portal.
How the system is used
That language sits inside an educational workflow. The output gives people a clearer starting point when they are trying to prepare for a follow-up conversation.
What the AI cannot do
Important pieces are still missing. The system does not see the full chart, exam, lab results, or clinician reasoning. Because of that, it cannot safely diagnose conditions, decide treatment, or replace direct medical advice.
Why human review still matters
That is why human review still matters. AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, or overly confident. Radiologists and physicians remain the right source for interpreting medical imaging and making care decisions.
Responsible use
RadDx should be used as an educational resource only. Users should still review imaging results and next steps with a licensed medical professional.
Continuous Improvement
RadDx may update its models and content systems over time to improve clarity, consistency, and safety wording.
